" Recently my wife and I were able to realize our life long dream
  of owning a small hobby farm in eastern Ontario. Our goal was
  to build an energy efficient home but all along hoping to keep a
  country feel both in the exterior architecture and the interior
  decor. We met with several kitchen contractors but we never
  came away from those discussions with a vision of a country
  kitchen. Then we met Rick Thompson who was referred to us
  by someone who had worked with Rick on a TV home
  renovation show. He brought along some pictures of his work
  and finally we felt that we were on the right track. Our next step
  was to go to Rick’s show room. The moment we walked in to
  his shop we instantly knew that Rick was going to build our
  pine country style kitchen. With the help of Rick’s experience in
  designing custom kitchens we agreed on a design. The final 
  product exceeded our expectations and is the showcase of our 
  new home. "
